Online Low Impact Joint Friendly Programme

As a person that suffers from a form of inflammatory arthritis I’ve realised over the the years that not everyone wants to or can do high impact exercise that requires jumping. I wanted to create a programme that was achievable and accessible to more people by focusing on low-impact, joint friendly exercises.

Each workout will be different and is designed to push you a little more as we progress through. The workouts use a combination of free weight and body weight exercises, designed to give you an effective, safe workout in a short amount of time.
