At Liv-Well Health & Wellness my main goal is to build self-worth and confidence through fun intuitive exercise programmes and wellness advice. I’m dedicated to helping people take a step forward on their fitness journey and specialise in helping those starting out, or those who may be living with a chronic health condition that might be preventing them from moving forward in wellness.

I believe that we are all truly unique and a one size fits all approach does not work for everyone. Exercise should be fun for everyone and I can guarantee that all sessions will be thoroughly enjoyable and beneficial. My aim is to bring not just fitness but overall wellness into people's lives.

Meet Liv Bradley

Hi, I’m Liv!

I started Liv-Well Health & Wellness in 2018. I’ve always had a love for health and fitness but after being diagnosed with a form of inflammatory arthritis in 2011, I noticed the little things were getting harder to do. I started to research ways in which diet and exercise could help, and from there I threw myself into study and qualified in advanced personal training. 

After qualifying as a personal trainer, I won the student of the year award at the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards. I was completely shocked to win but it gave me the confidence I needed to start working in the fitness and wellness industry. 

I wanted to offer a service that would help those living with a pain condition similar to my own, so I completed a course in exercise as medicine which focused on working with clients who are living with chronic pain and other long term health conditions. I passed the course and gained a qualification as an Exercise as Medicine trainer and from there Liv-Well Health & Wellness began.

I absolutely love my job, the people and the industry. I am grateful for the knowledge gained and the lessons learned. The best part about my job is the wonderful people I get to work with each day, and watching their strength and confidence grow.
