  • Do I need to be fit to do the online programme or PT sessions?

    Short answer is no, we all start somewhere. You can start this programme no matter where you are on your fitness journey because each of my workouts can be adjusted to your fitness level. However, if you are looking for something low impact please choose the Joint Friendly Programme. You will do what you can during the workouts and rest when you need to.

  • What online programme should I choose?

    If you are someone who is completely new to working out or has been suffering from joint pain or injury I would recommend (after clearing it with your GP) starting on the Low Impact Joint Friendly Programme, but please note that both programmes can be modified to suit your fitness levels.

  • What if I miss an online workout?

    Once you have purchased your programme you will have a lifetime access to that individual programme so you can schedule them in and do the workouts at a time that suits you.

  • When can I start online?

    You can start your workouts straight away!

    You will receive a link to the E-book as soon as you pay. On page 39 of your e-book, you’ll find instructions on accessing your workouts.
