This Quick HIIT workout programme contains 5 full body higher intensity workouts. It is a more high impact programme but can be modified to suit your fitness level. Each workout will be different and is designed to push you as you progress through them. The workouts use a combination of free weights and bodyweight exercises, designed to give you an effective workout in a short amount of time.
